Party Hat SVG

I found a pdf party hat template online and turned it into a svg. This is the hat I made for my daughter to wear Saturday for her first birthday. I double layered it to make it stronger. I just need to add some elastic. I used Plantin Schoolbook for my number.

    I downloaded the svg but I am having to resize it . do you know what the sizes are to keep it proportionate. thanks

    I cut mine as big as I could for a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper. Just mark the box that says Keep Proportions in Sure Cuts a Lot and size your height to whatever you want.
