Celebrate Birthday Card

Wow I need a break! I'm working on a Naughty Coupon Book for a bachelorette party tomorrow. I will try to post it Saturday morning. Anyway this is another Michael's Project Sheet idea. I made one for a boy or girl. The card itself is from Joann's craft essentials box of cards and is 5 1/2" by 4 1/4"  I cut some background squares and then used the Celebrations cartridge to cut the party hat at 3" and the "Celebrate" at 1 1/4". I popped the pink hat.
