Thomas Cupcake Toppers

Tonight I made some cupcake toppers for a neighbor's third birthday. The Thomas stickers were actually square, but I used a 1 inch punch to turn them into circles. I also cut red and blue circles at 1 1/4 inch, then cut scallops at 1 3/4 inch. Flat toothpicks are glued between the circles and scallop. Thanks for looking and Happy Scrapping!
